We offer a wide range of commercial chartering services for container, tanker and bulk vessels of all sizes.

Chartering

maintains and advances good relationships with global market participants like owners, charterers and brokers. It identifies market trends and opportunities, aligns ships with market requirements, negotiates and concludes charter contracts and secures optimal employment under both, short and long-term contracts.

Sale & Purchase

activities cover the full range of ship types. Our close co-operation with our chartering departments enable us to structure transactions with long term charters for dry cargo ships, tankers and container vessels.

 

Operations

handles day-to-day business, maintaining communication between Owners and Charterers during and after charters. This includes providing instructions to vessel command, coordinating delivery and re-delivery, vessel repair and maintenance, managing off-hire phases, and handling claims, casualties, complaints, and disputes.

Marine Accounting

handles all accounting matters related to a charter party, including invoicing hire and other services to charterers, issuing hire statements, managing bunker settlements and expenses, monitoring payments, and posting owners expenses.
 

Future Fuels & Compliance

supports customers in decarbonizing vessel operations. The Marine Decarbonisation Team develops solutions to reduce carbon footprints, ensuring regulatory compliance and offering green transport services. We adopt a holistic approach, focusing on efficiency improvements, fuel choices, and stakeholder engagement.
